Best known for his artistic creations bringing together the East and the West, Jacky Tsai was born in Shanghai in 1984 and moved to London after completion ABA at the China Academy of Art to study at Central St. Martins. Jacky Tsai's commitment to revitalizing artistic traditions can be seen in the work he produced for his collaboration with Shanghai Tang where he utilizes the traditional techniques of lacquer carving, silk embroidery and hand-painted porcelain.
